What the guides, the tools and the pages on this site are — and what they are not.

Information, not advice

The guides and the blog on this site are general information for people who run, moderate or submit to community pages. They are written by the team that builds and runs VibeFlow — not by lawyers, counsellors or financial advisers — and they are not a substitute for professional advice about your own situation.

  • Law. Guides that describe Malaysian law — defamation, harassment, personal data, online safety — summarise it in plain language and link to the source. Laws are amended and every case turns on its facts. For a real dispute, a lawyer's letter or a police report, ask a lawyer; the Malaysian Bar can help you find one.
  • Wellbeing. Our guidance on submissions that mention self-harm is written for page admins and is not clinical advice. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Helplines are listed in the guide itself.
  • Money. Articles about earning from a page, Priority boosts, payouts and fees describe how those things work. They are not financial or tax advice.

Every guide shows the date it was published and, if it has been revised, the date it was last updated. We correct mistakes when we are told about them — write to support@sxagg.com.

Content submitted by users

Submission forms hosted on VibeFlow let members of the public send posts to a community page, usually anonymously. Those posts — and the Facebook and Instagram posts that a page's form displays — are the words and views of the people who wrote them and of that page's admins, not of VibeFlow. The admins of each page decide what is published on it.

If something published through VibeFlow is about you, start with What to do if an anonymous page posts about you, or contact us and we will look into it.

Automated moderation

VibeFlow screens submissions with several AI models before a page's admins review them. Automated screening makes mistakes in both directions: it can miss content that should have been held back, and hold back content that was fine. It is an aid to the admins, not a guarantee, and the decision to publish — and the responsibility for it — stays with them. More in How AI content moderation works — and where it fails.

Advertising

Parts of this website show advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not choose the individual ads, and an ad appearing beside an article or on a community page is not an endorsement of the advertiser by VibeFlow or by that page. How advertising cookies work, and how to turn personalised ads off, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites

We link to government sites, regulators, helplines and platform documentation where they are the source for what we say. We are not responsible for what those sites publish or for how they handle your data, and a link is not an endorsement.

Other products and trademarks

VibeFlow works with Facebook and Instagram through their official APIs, but it is an independent product: it is not owned, operated or endorsed by Meta. Comparisons with other tools, including Crush Ninja, describe those tools as we understood them when the page was written — check the other product's own website for what it offers today. All trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is: we do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of error. The Terms & Conditions govern your use of the service, and the Refund Policy covers payments.
